• Our strategic partnership with our foundry deploys a magnesium treatment process called Delayed In-Mold, which minimizes the variations that effect casting quality. Magnesium fade is eliminated, resulting in optimal consistancy from mold to mold.

• Every casting produced is tested for structural integrity and nodularity using a proprietary resonant frequency testing machine. This process evaluates the sonic profile of every casting produced to determine if any internal discontinuities exist that could effect the performance of the casting.

• TPM Inc. uses a proprietary ductile iron metallurgy to provide superior wear resistance for the specific applications of our products.
