SuperSprocket™ The 60 second Sprocket replacement
SuperSprocket™ is designed to increase maintenance productivity and reduce sprocket replacement costs. This gives the users of SuperSprocket™ the advantage of lowering maintenance costs and increasing dryer uptime!

Other significant advantages of the SuperSprocket™ include:
- A 60 second sprocket ring replacement versus the typical 7 to 15 minutes it takes using the current "industry standard" hooked tooth sprocket.
- Only the worn portion of the sprocket is replaced.
- No need to disrupt other drive components, mounted on the gudgeon shaft to replace a sprocket ring.
- Gudgeons remain in "as new" conditions.
- Dryer drive train integrity is vastly improved when worn sprockets are replaced throughout the dryer
- SuperSprocket™ is designed to replace current industry standard sprockets with no special dryer modifications. Installing SuperSprocket™ is easy!
With SuperSprocket™ you simply twist-off the sprocket ring and twist on the new sprocket ring. Sprocket rings are "secured" to the hub in the event of "reverse rotation".
SuperSprocket™ Styles:
- Full (.750" width) and Half (.375" width)
- Half width sprockets are offered in a left-hand and right-hand version
- Sprocket rotation: Clockwise = Left-handed
- Sprocket rotation: Counter Clockwise = Right-handed
- The SuperSprocket™ hub is common to all rings
