SuperCage™ is the only cage in the industry that not only provides the easiest bearing replacement but also protects the bearings from debris and shock using our patented dust cover.
SuperCage™ employs a unique and patented design that supports multiple bearings (6 to 16) with just 3 bolts. Current industry standard cages use a 2 bolt design that requires removal each time a bearing is replaced. This gives the users of SuperCage™ the advantage of lowering maintenance costs and increasing dryer uptime!

Other significant advantages of the SuperCage™ include:
- 500% + increase in bearing replacement productivity which is absolutely critical during short preventive maintenance periods. Bearing replacements involving standard cages typically take between 5 and 10 minutes.
- No need to disrupt other drive components, mounted on the gudgeon shaft to make a bearing replacement. Gudgeons do not get marred or damaged!
- Dryer rolls run smoother when bearings are in better condition throughout the dryer, thus reducing probability for poor product tracking in the dryer.
- SuperCage™ supports the half bearing (180°) style bearings that provide a greater cost-benefit (value). Why pay for an entire bearing (360°) when you only use the bottom half?
