History

TPM Inc. was incorporated in April, 2007. The primary purpose of the business is to design, and manufacture, cost effective maintenance solutions to the wood products industry. To date TPM Inc. has redesigned and patented, or has patent-pending, the following replacement parts for dryers in the wood products industry (as specified):

1. SuperCage – 1 design (Gypsum, Fiberboard, Plywood)
2. SuperVCage – 6 designs (Veneer Dryers)
3. SuperSprocket – 2 designs (Gypsum, Fiberboard, Plywood and Veneer)
4. SuperStarGear – 1 design (Gypsum, Fiberboard, Plywood and Veneer)
5. SuperGuide – 1 design w/ multiple mountings (Gypsum, Fiberboard, Plywood and Veneer)

To date TPM Inc. has introduced these products to several companies including Georgia Pacific. The reaction has been overwhelmingly positive. Several parts distribution companies, that serve the industry, have proposed exclusive distribution rights for their respective companies to TPM Inc.

TPM Inc. has established and leases a small (2500 sq-ft) shop in Madison, Ohio which houses the design, procurement (castings) manufacturing (welding, machining, assembly and packaging) and sales for its products. TPM is currently in the process of moving into a new office in Girard, PA.

TPM Inc. has concepts and plans for several redesigns of other components for dryers, and other key equipment in the wood products industry.
